Elaborated from a south oriented sandstone (talus) hill plot situated at 550 m altitude, producing great mature harvests.
The harvest is destemmed and undergoes a 3 week maceration including 2 to 3 days cold maceration.
After fermentation, the wine is grown in tanks until bottled.
Pretty burlat red wine, intense and full-bodied and yet fresh with medium alcohol. Rich fruit aromas (blackberries/cherries). A long finish with spicy notes
Can be paired with rib steak or with duck breast.
